An American Dancer-Choreographer in Conakry

  
 Esther Baker - Tarpaga demonstrates her improvisational skills in the finale of the encore
 performance at the U.S. Embassy multi-Purpose Room.
 Combining traditional Guinean ballet with contemporary American dance, the newest members of Ballet Djoliba shine.
  
 The dance troupe poses with Cultural Envoy Esther Baker - Tarpaga. During the rehersal, these members expolore controlled improvisation.
  
 Here they rejoin to work in the more traditional synchronized group dancing. Combining traditional singing with modern choreography,  Esther Baker - Tarpaga brought new demensions to the Ballet Djoliba repetoire.
  
 The troupe practicing the final number in the U.S. mission multi-purpose room. Dance presentation during a master class workshop at the Ballet Djoliba Studio.
