An American Dancer-Choreographer in Conakry

Esther Baker - Tarpaga demonstrates her improvisational skills in the finale of the encore  performance at the U.S. Embassy multi-Purpose Room.	Combining traditional Guinean ballet with contemporary American dance, the newest members of Ballet Djoliba shine.

Here they rejoin to work in the more traditional synchronized group dancing.	Combining traditional singing with modern choreography,  Esther Baker - Tarpaga brought new demensions to the Ballet Djoliba repetoire.
