Ceremony for Ambassador’s Self-Help and Human Rights Fund Projects

PAS Conakry hosted the signing ceremony for projects of fifteen non-governmental organizations funded by the Ambassador’s Self-Help and Human Rights Fund projects, on September 14, 2005, at the American Center.   Guinean National Radio and Television and several non-government newspapers covered Ambassador Jackson McDonald’s speech and the response of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Cooperation.  Imam Thierno Racine Diallo, Bantanko, sub-prefecture of Kakoni prefecture of Gaoul gave the response on behalf of all the recipients with French interpretation provided by Tidiane Diallo President of the Humphrey Fellow Alumni Association, which is carrying out the project for a health center in this sub-prefecture.
