The Consular Section is located in Koloma, Conakry, East of Hamdallaye Circle at the following address:
American Embassy Conakry, P.O. Box 603, Transversale No. 2, Centre Administratif de Koloma, Commune de Ratoma, Conakry, Republic of Guinea.
The Consular Section is open to the public on the following days:
Non-Emergency American Citizen Services: 8:30 – 15:00, Thursdays (or by appointment)
Non-Immigrant Visa Services: 8:30 – 12:30, Monday and Wednesday
Visas 92-93 beneficiary processing: 8:30 – 12:30, Tuesday
The Consular Section will be closed on the following days in 2011:
Martin Luther King Day: Monday, January 17th
Maouloud: (probable) Wednesday, February 16th
President’s Day: Monday, February 21st
OAU Anniversary: Wednesday, May 25th
Memorial Day: Monday, May 30
Independence Day: Monday, July 4th

End of Ramadan (Eid-al-Fitr): (probable) Tuesday, August 30
Labor Day (US): Monday, September 5th
Columbus Day: Monday, October 10th
Veterans Day: Friday, November 11th
Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 24th
